Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR Policy

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility towards our people, our local community and the environment.

The social responsibility of Processworx is to give back to the WA and wider Australian community, just as it gives to us.

We strive to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility therefore falls under two categories: compliance and proactiveness.

Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative we undertake to help communities, our people and the wider environment.

In terms of compliance, we ensure that all of our business operations are legitimate and keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent. We’ll always conduct business with integrity and respect toward the client. We don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and community and support diversity and inclusion.

In terms of Proactiveness, we make regular donations and offer to support to a range of good causes across WA and beyond. We try to ringfence a budget in order to make monetary donations. Processworx encourages its employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organised internally or externally. Our company often sponsor volunteering events from other organizations.

Our company recognises the value of protecting the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing of rubbish and try and adopt as much recycling and conserving of energy within the business as practically possible.
