The Shield provides fast access to essential HR and WHS documentation and stays up to date with automated tracking of legislative changes and best practice.
It also features a comprehensive register system with a range of essential digital safety registers typically covering, chemicals, equipment, contractors, hazards, incidents, site inspections, safety meetings and risk.
Tailor-made registers simplify information management. For example, our Chemical Register saves you time by instantly populating Safety Data Sheets and Draft Chemical Risk Assessments with a few keystrokes.
Every aspect of safety management is streamlined with the Shield. With just a few taps you can complete safety inspections, report hazards and incidents, conduct equipment pre-starts and induct staff. The Shield also has a Risk Tool “Think First”, designed to prompt employees to stop and think before they engage in a potentially dangerous activity.
The Shield also includes employment contracts, individual flexibility agreements, inductions and online training modules, as wells as 70+ HR documents necessary for compliance.
