Investigator License

ProcessWorx is a Registered Industrial Agent under Section 112A of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA). This registration authorises us to represent businesses in a range of industrial relations matters before the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC).

Our registration allows us to:

  •   Represent businesses before the WAIRC in matters including unfair dismissal, award disputes and enterprise agreement registration.
  •   Provide expert advice and advocacy on industrial relations, awards, employee disputes and workplace compliance.
