Danielle is the founder of ProcessWorx a human resource and safety company. She has over thirty years’ experience in people management, industrial relations and safety across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Economics Honours degree and completed the Department of Productivity and Labour Relations graduate program. She has a Certificate IV Work Health and Safety as well as a Diploma of WHS. Danielle has created a unique and innovative Human Resource and Safety program for Australian businesses/farms. She leads an impressive team of HR and safety professionals that develop management systems, training, coaching and compliance advice as well a technology team that develop software and mobile applications.

Michael previously spent twenty years working with Silicon Valley companies designing and testing digital devices and systems. He has degrees in both Electronic Engineering and
Physics and has experience with a wide range of computer hardware and software systems.
Michael is responsible for all IT infrastructure and information systems.

Sara is an experienced, commercially driven HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background with an emphasis on organisational development including cultural reviews, strategy and coaching. Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and is a qualified Executive and Workplace Coach. Sara also holds an Investigator’s Licence, is an accredited DISC Profiler, and an Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs, not-for-profit and large blue-chip organisations, Sara is passionate about helping businesses develop and maintain a positive & engaging workplace culture.

Marisa is an experienced and motivated HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, leadership training & development, workers compensation & injury management, and employee retention. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a minor in Counselling. Marisa is also an accredited DISC Profiler. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs to large blue-chip organisations, Marisa is passionate about enriching employee experience,
employee retention and building leadership capability in people management.

Danii is an experienced employment relations professional with extensive experience and exposure across multiple industries in Award interpretation and HR/IR assistance. Danii holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel and Resort Management, which lead her to numerous internal Human Resources roles within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry before expanding to external employment relations assistance to businesses in a wide range of industries. Danii is extremely passionate about supporting businesses with people management and the interpretation of Awards and legislation, ensuring compliance is maintained.

Phillip is an experienced Work Health and Safety Professional with extensive experience in emergency management, first aid, managing high risk work activities, and safety training to Diploma level. He has also worked as a firefighter for the NSW Fire Brigade and been a St Johns Ambulance volunteer Ambulance Officer. Phillip has both a Certificate IV and Diploma in Work Health and Safety as well a trade qualification in Fitting and Turning. Phillip has over thirty years’ experience in the mining industry with more recent experience in the agriculture industry.

Cheassy has experience working in various manufacturing industries where she specialised in compliance and safety management systems. Cheassy holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering.

Tracy has been involved in the broadacre agriculture for the past 30 years and currently farms in northern Wheatbelt where she manages both HR and Safety in her farm enterprise. Tracy is passionate about the agriculture industry, the people in Ag and has a keen interest in farm safety. Tracy is involved in her local grower group and has been a member on the Board of Safe Farms (WA).

Ian supports the development of our Information Technology systems. Ian has several years of experience in IT support roles and has strong technical skills. Ian has previous work experience in electrical estimating, with a history in the construction industry.

Pierce supports the IT Director in managing both internal systems and ProcessWorxShield, a key platform within the organisation. With a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development) and a Diploma in Information Technology, Pierce brings a strong technical foundation to the team. He is actively involved in developing new features and resolving bugs for ProcessWorxShield, contributing to its ongoing improvement and reliability. A tech enthusiast, Pierce has also built several custom computers and has a keen interest in web and application development.
