Physics and has experience with a wide range of computer hardware and software systems.
Michael is responsible for all IT infrastructure and information systems.

Sara is an experienced, commercially driven HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background with an emphasis on organisational development including cultural reviews, strategy and coaching. Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and is a qualified Executive and Workplace Coach. Sara also holds an Investigator’s Licence, is an accredited DISC Profiler, and an Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs, not-for-profit and large blue-chip organisations, Sara is passionate about helping businesses develop and maintain a positive & engaging workplace culture.

Marisa is an experienced and motivated HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, leadership training & development, workers compensation & injury management, and employee retention. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a minor in Counselling. Marisa is also an accredited DISC Profiler. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs to large blue-chip organisations, Marisa is passionate about enriching employee experience,
employee retention and building leadership capability in people management.

Matthew is an experienced industrial relations professional
with extensive experience with agreement and award interpretation, as well as providing consistent advocacy, advice, negotiation, and mediation matters. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science of Psychology and Graduate Diploma of Human Resources which has assisted Matthew in his past role in Industrial Relations within the Health Industry. Matthew is passionate about providing comprehensive and accurate support and advice, and is an enthusiastic problem solver who is ready to assist with any situation in a timely and fair manner.
HR Client Services Coordinator
As a HR Client Services Coordinator, Eva leverages her administrative expertise to support the HR Client Services team, contributing across key areas such as Industrial and Employee Relations, and a broad range of HR functions. With a background in both customer service and HR administration and finance, Eva brings a people-oriented approach, strong organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail to her work. Having previously completed her Certificate IV in Human Resources Management, Eva is currently advancing her knowledge by studying a Diploma in Human Resources Management, displaying her commitment to the HR field. With a genuine interest in helping people and resolving queries, Eva prides herself on delivering service excellence and operational accuracy.

Alyssa brings a wealth of client services and administration experience to the HR Client Services Team, underpinned by her strong background in customer service. Holding Certificates in Business, Alyssa is furthering her expertise through ongoing studies in Human Resource Management, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth in the HR field. With a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, Alyssa takes pride in providing accurate and timely administrative and technical support to ensure client satisfaction. Working closely with the HR Team across a range of diverse and multi-functional projects, Alyssa’s role encompasses support in Industrial and Employee Relations, and broader HR Functions. Alyssa prides herself on her attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes in every aspect of her work.

Julii is an experienced workplace safety professional with over 15 years of experience as a senior WorkSafe Inspector, conducting inspections and investigations across a broad range of industries. She has significant agricultural experience having been a farmer in a range of agricultural industries and specialises in this space. With formal qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Auditing, Management, and Workplace Training, Julii brings both technical expertise and practical insight. She understands the real-world challenges faced by employers and is passionate about helping businesses improve safety, manage risk, and build lasting compliance.

Tracy has been involved in the broadacre agriculture for the past 30 years and currently farms in northern Wheatbelt where she manages both HR and Safety in her farm enterprise. Tracy is passionate about the agriculture industry, the people in Ag and has a keen interest in farm safety. Tracy is involved in her local grower group and has been a member on the Board of Safe Farms (WA).

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and majored in HR, and has spent the past 20 years specialising in recruitment, team growth, and business consultancy. Chris is committed to helping clients identify the root causes of operational challenges and ensure compliance, all while fostering a positive and solution-oriented approach. With a focus on long-term success, Chris is dedicated to offering personalised solutions that enhances business performance and reduces stress for business owners.
Marketing Coordinator
Cait is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and holds a Certificate III in Business. With experience in content creation for social media, the development of promotional materials, and writing, she contributes significantly to brand visibility and engagement. Her role also includes supporting roadshows and events, creation of the ProcessWorx Pulse Newsletter and social media management She combines her academic knowledge with creative skills, to ensure a well-rounded approach to her contributions at ProcessWorx.
Software Tester
Ian supports the development of our Information Technology systems. Ian has several years of experience in IT support roles and has strong technical skills. Ian has previous work experience in electrical estimating, with a history in the construction industry.
Software Developer
Pierce supports the IT Director in managing both internal systems and ProcessWorxShield, a key platform within the organisation. With a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development) and a Diploma in Information Technology, Pierce brings a strong technical foundation to the team. He is actively involved in developing new features and resolving bugs for ProcessWorxShield, contributing to its ongoing improvement and reliability. A tech enthusiast, Pierce has also built several custom computers and has a keen interest in web and application development.
