Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and is a qualified Executive and Workplace Coach. Sara also holds an Investigator’s Licence, is an accredited DISC Profiler, and an Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs, not-for-profit and large blue-chip organisations, Sara is passionate about helping businesses develop and maintain a positive & engaging workplace culture.

Marisa holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a minor in Counselling. Marisa is also an accredited DISC Profiler. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs to large blue-chip organisations, Marisa is passionate about enriching employee experience,
employee retention and building leadership capability in people management.

Matthew is an experienced industrial relations professional
with extensive experience with agreement and award interpretation, as well as providing consistent advocacy, advice, negotiation, and mediation matters. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science of Psychology and Graduate Diploma of Human Resources which has assisted Matthew in his past role in Industrial Relations within the Health Industry. Matthew is passionate about providing comprehensive and accurate support and advice, and is an enthusiastic problem solver who is ready to assist with any situation in a timely and fair manner.
Senior WHS Advisor
Safety Advisor
Henry supports clients in strengthening their workplace safety systems with a focus on realistic, practical and simple solutions. With experience managing risk in complex environments, including leading remote expeditions in isolated parts of Australia, he understands safety when the stakes are high. Holding a Bachelor of Outdoor Recreation, Wilderness First Aid (WFAA), Mental Health First Aid (MHFAA) and a Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence, Henry specialises in breaking down complex safety obligations into achievable, day-to-day processes. His hands-on, no-fuss approach ensures clients receive clear, compliant and easy-to-maintain safety guidance tailored to how they actually work.

Alyssa brings a wealth of client services and administration experience to the Client Services Team, underpinned by her strong background in customer service, Certificates in Business, and ongoing studies in Human Resource Management. With a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, Alyssa takes pride in providing accurate and timely administrative and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
Administration & Project Coordinator
Claire brings over 30 years of office administration and executive support experience to ProcessWorx. She has supported senior leaders across various sectors, in both Scotland and Australia, delivering high-quality executive assistant, office management, HR administration, and project coordination within complex, fast-moving environments. Known for her exacting attention to detail and commitment to high standards, she keeps the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in delivering every time.
Compliance Coordinator
Cheassy has experience working in various manufacturing industries where she specialised
in compliance and safety management systems. Cheassy holds a Bachelor of Science in
Metallurgical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, and ensures compliance across both HR and WHS.

Lisa works closely with businesses to ensure they feel supported from day one. She helps guide clients through their onboarding journey, understands their needs, and connects them with the right HR and WHS solutions. Andrea Rebelos has a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. She enjoys working with people, embraces new challenges, and takes pride in providing support at every stage of the client journey. In her role, Andrea supports the client journey from start to finish, building strong relationships and consistently striving to exceed expectations. She takes pride in making sure clients feel supported and looked after throughout their experience.
Marketing Coordinator
Cait supports the digital marketing, content and events for ProcessWorx. She creates marketing content and resources that support product launches, events and client communications, helping businesses stay informed on the latest HR and WHS developments.
IT Project Manager
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Arts (Education) with Distinction from Curtin University. She has experience across retail pharmacy and R&D, specialising in IT systems, product testing, and user-focused documentation. She has supported POS system implementation, tested smart devices, and developed clear technical materials for both teams and customers.
Software Tester
Ian supports the development of our Information Technology systems. Ian has several years of experience in IT support roles and has strong technical skills. Ian has previous work experience in electrical estimating, with a history in the construction industry.
Software Developer
Pierce supports the IT Director in managing both internal systems and ProcessWorxShield, a key platform within the organisation. With a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development) and a Diploma in Information Technology, Pierce brings a strong technical foundation to the team. He is actively involved in developing new features and resolving bugs for ProcessWorxShield, contributing to its ongoing improvement and reliability. A tech enthusiast, Pierce has also built several custom computers and has a keen interest in web and application development.
