Meet Beck!

ProcessWorx is excited to introduce our newest member, Beck, who has hit the ground running as our new Client Development Manager. With 20 years of experience in sales, and managing diverse teams across various industries, Beck brings a wealth of expertise and a personable approach to our operations. With a background in HR, Beck is not just supporting but actively collaborating with our HR and WHS advisory team. She aims to blend her strong sales and HR experience with ongoing learning from the advisory team, enhancing her ability to create effective solutions for our clients.

Beck’s approach to sales is not to have a predetermined idea of what the client wants, but instead asking the client what they want. Beck embodies our commitment to putting people first through crafting personalised HR and WHS solutions that truly meet the needs of each client. What stands out about Beck is her innate ability to connect with people whether that be helping clients or collaborating with our team. At ProcessWorx, we believe that our strength lies in our people, and Beck is a prime example of this philosophy in action. Her dynamic approach and dedication to understanding the needs of each client make her a dynamic addition to our team.
