Throughout 2024, we introduced several key enhancements to improve security, usability, and functionality across our platform. Here’s a recap of the major features we implemented:
Enhanced Access & Permissions
- Custom Pages Access Permissions – Granular control over page and folder access, ensuring the right users see the right content.
- Detailed User Permissions Matrix – A more refined permission structure for better security and role management, helping define users’ usability within the application.
HR Kiosk Enhancements
- Payroll Number on Financial Tab – Streamlining payroll data access within the HR Kiosk.
- Site/Location on Employment Tab – Improved tracking of employee location details.
Training & Compliance Reporting
- Reporting of Training/Licence/Induction/VoC – Enhanced reporting tools for better compliance tracking.
- Custom F2F, T&L & VoC Items – Greater flexibility in managing face-to-face training, licences, and verifications of competency, allowing admins to customise training items specific to their organisation’s needs.
Visitor & Mobile App Improvements
- Visitor Induction Register with QR Code – A streamlined visitor check-in process using QR codes.
- Ability to Add a User via Mobile App – Expanding user management capabilities on mobile.
Security & System Enhancements
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for WebApp – Strengthening account security with an extra authentication layer.
- Improved Offline Synchronisation – The mobile app has more reliable and efficient data syncing when offline.
- Many New Notification Events – Keeping users informed with new automated alerts, including licence expirations, hazard and incident reports, and probation period reminders.
These updates collectively enhance security, user control, and system efficiency, making 2024 a year of significant progress in our platform’s evolution.
